The Wells Fargo headline is an effective format. The "Why ... just paid $12M" headline is great, putting the intrigue up front in an almost gossipy way (with "just") but still professional. But with "Hollywood" in the film studio headline, the story doesn't seem to necessarily support that the vibe would be Hollywood-esque. It seems sources don't mention Hollywood or LA. California is mentioned but from reporter's own analysis. I think that headline steps a bit too far, but good work overall.
